A Trio of Kona Coffees, Each With Its Own Voice

The Kona Coffee Belt: A Legacy of Volcanic Terroir and Multicultural Heritage

We are a proud family-owned farm nestled on five lush acres in the heart of Kona, Hawaii, where we have been passionately growing and roasting 100% Kona coffee since 2022. Our dedication to sustainable and organic practices ensures that every cup you enjoy is brimming with the true essence of Kona.

Our farm produces three exquisite coffee varieties: the classic Typica, the robust and resilient Catimor, and the rare and highly sought-after superior Geisha. Each variety is carefully cultivated and roasted to highlight the distinct, vibrant flavors that make Kona coffee world-renowned.

The Kona coffee region, located on the slopes of Hual?lai and Mauna Loa on Hawaii Island, is a globally unique producer of premium Arabica beans. Its significance arises from a volcanic terroir?nutrient-rich soil and a microclimate of sunny mornings followed by misty afternoons. While Don Francisco de Paula Marin introduced coffee to O?ahu in 1813, Reverend Samuel Ruggles brought the first cuttings to Kona in 1828. Today, the industry supports roughly 650 to 900 small, family-owned farms that maintain quality through meticulous hand-picking. Culturally, the "Kona Coffee Belt" represents a legacy of multicultural resilience, shaped by Native Hawaiian, Japanese, Portuguese, Filipino, and European families. Their generational smallholder traditions have transformed Kona coffee into a worldwide symbol of Hawaiian agricultural excellence.
