1. Begin application process 1-2 hours before bedtime. To begin, expose bare and hairless part of skin and clean area where the patch will be placed.

2. Gently tear the pouch using the notch located at the top.

3. Remove the patch from the pouch.

4. Carefully bend the back of the patch, containing the cut slit. Discard the transparent protective layer.

5. Apply the patch to the skin. For best results, apply the patch to a hair-free, clean, and dry part of your skin.

6. Press down firmly to form a tight seal and upon waking remove patch.
