We paired washed Arabica beans, grown in Colombia and expertly medium roasted, with once-used single malt Scotch whisky barrels for a smooth, silky taste profile that boasts full-bodied notes of milk chocolate, raspberry, honey, and pecan.

A diverse country with several coffee-growing regions, Colombia offers various climates with conditions that produce bold, distinctive coffee beans.

Our coffee beans sourced from a small farm in Colombia have a naturally warm, nutty taste profile with underlying notes of raspberry and pecan

After cupping at a variety of roast levels, we chose a medium roast for this particular coffee experience. It complements the bright flavors of these coffee beans.

We selected single malt Scotch whisky barrels to complement these premium coffee beans’ naturally sumptuous flavors with a bright, sweet fruitiness.

Partners in life and in coffee connoisseurship, Brian and Lauren embarked on a quest to find a rich, vibrant coffee. They found this elusive perfect cup in the Chapadas de Minas region of Brazil, and they knew they couldn’t keep it to themselves. Hand-crafted coffee means every step of the process is rigorously monitored for impeccable quality and ultimate freshness. We tasted and refined the optimal roast level for each bean’s flavor profile and continually sample and cup during the barrel aging process. Our beans are sealed in gold-stamped valve coffee bags to lock in taste for peak enjoyment.
