When we created our bridge series of coffee blends, we were excited about tying our coffee tightly to the community where we were founded and continue to thrive.

Like the beautiful Portland bridge it’s named for, Steel is one of our most popular blends. One taste and you’ll see why: it’s rich, smooth, and full of sweet toffee flavor. It tastes great as both a coffee or an espresso. An instant classic, even 20 years after we introduced it.

This coffee blend is a dark roast level.

Our Steel espresso blend comes from a few farms in South America and the Southwestern Pacific Region.

We think this coffee is best brewed using a French Press but feel free to use your favorite brew method on this coffee.

We’re committed to our efforts to build strong, lasting relationships with our growers. Along the way, we’ve built an intimate understanding of the lengths these farmers go to grow and harvest coffee of the highest quality. We celebrate the fact that, without producers invested in growing the highest quality coffee, no amount of effort in our roastery would be able to create the end results we’re so proud to offer you.
