It is simply Watermelon Fruit Juice that’s concentrated (water is removed). - CONCENTRATED JUICE PRODUCT: 65 +/- 2 brix, suggested dilution rate is 1:9.7, 1 quart makes about 10.5+ quarts ( 2.5+ gallons) of single strength juice (7.8 brix) per quart, THIS IS NOT an extract. - APPLICATIONS: Numerous uses, Brewing Beer, Wine Making, Home and Commercial Vintners, Mead, Ale, Hard Cider, Spirits, or Smoothies. Great as a stand-alone drink, or add to your favorite beverage. - FLAVORING: Excellent for flavoring for many food/drink products such as Tea, Meats, CBC products, Ice Cream, Standard Cider, Slushies and more. Many beer brewers use in the secondary fermentation for flavor. - Our concentrates can be used in Jelly production, bakeries, and more. Many use WHITE GRAPE CONCENTRATE as a sweetener for ‘No-sugar’ Jam or Jelly. LEMON CONCENTRATE can also be used to adjust the pH to get better results from their pectin. - STORAGE: It is best to be refrigerated upon receipt. If stored longer than 2 weeks we suggest to store in freezer. When ready to use, thaw slightly (overnight), use what you need and return remaining concentrate to a freezer until ready to use again.
