Monin Gourmet Flavorings was founded in Bourges, France, in 1912 and remains a 3rd generation family-owned and operated business today. Our first slogan was “La Passion de la Qualite,” which is French for “Passion for Quality,” and remains our focus as we go to great lengths to provide the best quality products possible. We now offer more than 200 flavorings to choose from.

Each product is made with a total commitment to quality and providing flavor solutions. Our U.S. Headquarters and Flavor Innovation Center are based out of Clearwater, Florida. There, our team of more than 100 employees perfects and produces new flavor offerings, creates exciting recipes and beverage innovations, and oversees all sales and operations throughout the Americas.
