- 100% Decafinated Guatemalan Antigua Coffee. A rich full bodied coffee with a smooth, sophisticated flavor and an intense aroma. - TESTED FOR MOLD, QUALITY AND SAFETY: Our coffee undergoes rigorous phytosanitary testing before export and lab analysis upon arrival to check for mycotoxins and mold. We then roasted at over 400°F, this meticulous process guarantees a fresh, safe, and impurity-free coffee experience. - Swiss Water Process - Chemical free and all natural. - Antigua is comfortably located in between two volcanoes, therefore the volcanic soil which is found around this area is very young and fresh, an ideal type of growing place for coffee. The beans are harvested twice a year, usually in January and at the end of March. Guatemala Antigua coffee beans grow in between the plateau called Fraijanis at the far north near Lake Amatitlan. - Medium roasted ground coffee allowing the true flavor characteristic to come through for a remarkable taste. Fresh roasted then immediately packed and sealed to assure freshness.

The Swiss Water Process is a taste-driven, 100% chemical-freedecaffeination process that delivers for our Costa Rica Decaf Tarrazu Coffee that is 99.9% caffeine-free while protecting the unique origin characteristics and flavor. Most other processes use chemical solvents, like Methylene Chloride or Ethyl Acetate, to decaffeinate coffee beans.

We work directly with coffee farms and local cooperatives, and have spent years developing relationships with importers to ensure the best possible products.
