To reach the absolute peak of this earthy coffee, we suggest roasting to a medium to dark roast level. As a Swiss Water Process coffee, these green coffee beans were decaffeinated in a chemical-free environment.

We want our customers to experience fresh coffee at its peak drinkability so our coffee beans are roasted fresh and immediately packaged. In order to keep our coffee as fresh as possible for as long as possible, our resealable coffee bags and single-serve coffee pods are filled using nitrogen insufflation to avoid exposing the freshly ground coffee to flavor-stealing oxygen.
