By crafting jewelry from the seeds of the Acai berry, the MMIB has led initiatives to creating a library and reading room, a digital inclusion center to provide computer access and education, and activity organization for the elderly. Especial Fruits supports the MMIB by buying and distributing their handmade Acai jewelry.
