From pour-over to espresso, you can use any brewing method for any coffee. Start with 1 gram of coffee for 17 grams of water for most brewing devices. Experiment with more or less coffee to find the perfect brewing ratio for you!

Keep whole-bean coffee in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and moisture.

All of our coffees are whole-bean, allowing you to grind the coffee to your desired coarseness while ensuring optimal freshness and flavor.

Brew with filtered water that is heated to between 195º and 205º Fahrenheit.
