Today we are here again for you to enjoy the true taste of coffee. - A gourmet coffee must have smell, quality and flavor, qualities that CAFE TEXIN offers, since it brings together the four characteristics that influence it. - 1) HEIGHT.- CAFE TEXIN is located in the city of Coatepec, Veracruz at an altitude of 1,200 meters, with a humid climate, which favors the cultivation of species such as the “Robusta” plant - 2) SELECTION OF GRAINS.- With a careful manual process the best grains are chosen, removing leaves to find the best fruits. - 3) DRYING.- To remove moisture, the selected beans are placed in the sun to reach a maximum degree of 12.5%. - 4) ROASTING.- This process determines the final quality of the coffee, since, although the bean has the best qualities, it can lose its oils and the aroma that is so much enjoyed.
