Unlike most blends, this unique coffee is blended after roasting, not before. With Fusion, Cafe Britt has taken our famous Dark Roast, with its chocolaty richness, and combined it with a fruity Light Roast. This process requires a great deal of care and control, but it has also allowed our Master Cupper to craft a blend with the flavor and aroma properties of both roasts. Together, it makes for an exquisite cup with subtle flavor notes of raspberry and chocolate and the delicate aroma of almond and pear. With our exclusive Fusion coffee, the whole is even more delicious than the sum of its parts.
