- AVATAR COFFEE ROASTERS: Our Mexican coffee is produced in the Tenajapa municipality in Chiapas by indigenous people, many of whom still speak their ancensteral Mayan language. Bourbon, typica and mundo nuvo varities are grown at elevations over 5,200 feet before being fully washed and dried. - TASTING NOTES: Dark Chocolate, Heavy Body, Bold - Dark Roast - Medium Ground Coffee - ETHICAL SOURCING: We source all of our coffees from growers in different regions around the world. Our coffees are purchased on fixed farm-gate pricing, ensuring sustainable business and profit for producers year after year. - ARTISAN ROASTED: Each specialty coffee is freshly roasted manually to draw out the best characteristics and qualities.
